1. Products

1.1. Changes in the Products

Bocados de Praia® reserves the right to make changes to the technical characteristics of the products presented in the online shop. Also reserves the right to change or update the prices stated therein.

1.2. Images and Photographs

Bocados de Praia®'s product images are only illustrative and may not match what the customer receives, due to the application in the pieces be a handmade work. The same applies to the candles and tea-lights that will be sent in random colours, depending on the existing stock. The shades in the pictures of the Lamps are not included and are only for illustrative purposes.

2. Prices

2.1. Pricing Policy

The prices stated in the catalogs, adds the value of VAT at the prevailing rate. The prices from the online store already have the VAT included.

The shipping costs are supported by the customer.

Bocados de Praia® reports that the prices on the website are Online exclusive and may vary from physical stores. All promotional campaigns have a limited stock and are exclusive to Online commercialization.

The Special Offers are promotional prices, and are not cumulative with other promotions or discount vouchers.

The guaranteed minimum price policy is not applicable to the website, including price comparisons with shops, sites and vendors with Bocados de Praia® products.

3. Payment

3.1. Terms of Payment

The payments must be made at time of purchase. After we receive your order and confirmed its payment, your order will be processed and shipped.

3.2. Payment Methods

The payment methods we have available at this time are: Payment by Paypal and Bank Transfer.

By purchasing with the paypal payment method we may accept payments through credit or debit cards, such as Visa.

4. Orders

4.1. Ordering from the Catalog and Custom Orders

To order products from the Catalog that aren't available in the Online Shop, contact us by telephone, email or Contact Form to know the execution time of the order. The client can also ask for free quotes for custom orders.

4.2. Changing Orders and Returns

In order to make changes or proceed to the collection of your order, we ask that you contact us after receipt of order confirmation by phone, email or Contact Form.

In case of return for errors not attributable to the Bocados de Praia®, this will only be accepted if it occurs within 30 days after delivery and with appropriate written notice to the Bocados de Praia® within the same period. Refunds will be organized by Bocados de Praia®, by using the original packaging.

4.3. Order Cancellation

The Customer may exercise his right to rescind the contract and subsequent cancellation of an order within 14 days, from the date of the order receipt, without penalty and without giving any reason. To this end, the Customer shall notify its intention in writing via e-mail shop@bocadosdepraia.com, letter or Contact Form. Items must be returned within 30 days of its receipt accompanied by the purchase receipt or original invoice.

4.4. Refunding Orders

In case of order cancellation Bocados de Praia® will make a refund without any cost to the Customer, in the total amount of the order, excluding shipping. The refund will be made preferably by the same means of payment as the order. Reimbursement will be made in the shortest possible time to the legal maximum of 30 days after purchase.

4.5. Order Conditions

When ordering, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old.

5. Shipping

5.1. Order Shipment

In case of an order containing products with different shipment deadlines, it will be dispatched within the extended deadline.

5.2. Terms of Delivery

If you are not available to receive your order, you have fifteen days to express your interest in a new delivery attempt. After this time Bocados de Praia® considers such act as an expression of intent to terminate the contract, the order being cancelled and returned to the warehouse. 5.3. Report Delay on Delivery

If you received an email confirmation of your order and shipment has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us via shop@bocadosdepraia.com, or via telephone through our no.: (+351) 963 320 851 from 10am to 7pm on all working days, indicating the document number of your order.

In case of loss of or inability to deliver your order, the Anomaly Detection Service may take 14 business days to confirm the occurrence, during this period no refund is made.

5.4. Shipping

To the prices shown in our products there will also be automatically added the shipping costs depending on the weight of your order.

For orders over 20kg for Portugal Mainland and Islands and over 30kg for International orders these costs will be confirmed in writing on our confirmation order document.

5.5. Order Received in Bad Condition

If your order has arrived visibly damaged on the outside, open the package in the presence of the carrier to see if there is any damaged item. If that’s the case, don’t sign the good reception guide that comes with the parcel and contact us immediately.

If there are damages due to the transport write those claims or damage in the guide that comes with the parcel. Please contact us immediately (24 h) by sending us a copy of the guide in question, by email. We can't accept complaints that do not meet these requirements.

6. Stocks

6.1. Availability of the Products

Bocados de Praia® confirms that the items marked as Available are in stock and immediately available to the customer.

In the event that we are out of stock, Bocados de Praia® may choose to cancel the order, reimbursing the customer of the entire amount paid.

6.2. Insufficient Stock

Bocados de Praia® reserves the right to cancel orders, or remove products, in case of running out of stock, discontinuation of a product, or the inability to manufacture the product in question due to lack of material.

7. Resellers / Wholesalers

7.1. Terms of Sale

8. General

8.1. Information About Content

Bocados de Praia® website is intended for private use only. Reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of content of Bocados de Praia® website without prior written permission is prohibited for purposes other than strictly personal use.

Bocados de Praia® website reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented of: products, pricing, promotions, business conditions and services.

To facilitate access to other content, Bocados de Praia® website may include links to other websites. This does not mean that Bocados de Praia® supports such websites or recommends the products and services they provide and disclaims any responsibility for the contents thereof. The client that accesses an external link must read and accept the conditions of that website before using.

We make every effort to ensure that the information provided is free of typos and whenever it occurs, we proceed as soon as possible to correct them. If the information provided does not match the characteristics of the product, the customer will be informed and will have the right to cancel the purchase.

8.2. Ownership Reservation

All goods supplied remain the property of Bocados de Praia® until its full payment.

8.3. Data Protection

Due to the business requirements of our days, our customers' data are stored and processed electronically. These data are dealt with in the strictest confidentiality, not being used by third parties in any case.

Access to information is restricted, only being used for communication with the Client and the processing of your orders, including payment, delivery and after sales service.

8.5. Jurisdiction

For questions or differences in interpretation of the conditions above, the Law Courts of Setúbal - Portugal, are expressly responsible for Bocados de Praia® and the buyer.

9. Your Account

If you use this website you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you are under 18, you may use Bocados de Praia® only with the involvement of at least one of your parents or legal guardian.

Bocados de Praia® reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders.
